Marketing Assistants
  • Assist in research of new market opportunities
  • Determine needs and market structure
  • Handle new product development, implementation, activities, and promotions
  • Conduct follow up sales prospects
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies
  • Provide reports to management
  • Maintain and manage assigned general ledger accounts
  • Analyze transactions and prepare adjusting entries
  • Prepare account schedules and variance analysis
  • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of internal audit process, company policy, and procedures
  • Perform branch audit / field work
  • Ensure accuracy of audit reports
  • Review and arrange project requirements
  • Prepare work flow chart and diagram
  • Encode requirements using computer language and coded information
  • Conducts and modifies program sequence
  • Fault finding and fixing
  • Process, issue, and receive payments of Western Union Remittance (Domestic/International), 2GO Tickets, Airline Tickets (Domestic/International), Bayad Center, E-Load, Micro-Insurance, and future products that adheres to the company’s standard operating policies and procedures
  • Ensures all customers are served and treated in a manner that reflects the company’s commitment to Customer Service Excellence
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage

  • Install, maintain, and update software and in house/third party applications
