Can I process transactions immediately after I download the app?

Before making your first transaction, it is mandatory to activate your USSC Super Service App by signing up or visiting any USSC store.


How do I download the USSC Super Service App?

You can bank safely at home with USSC Super Service App. Pay bills, buy load, send money & more. Click HERE to find out how to download the app via Google Playstore or HERE to download via Apple App Store.

How do I create an account on the USSC Super Service App?

After downloading the app, choose Sign Up on the log-in page and follow the instructions. Make sure you have a valid government ID on hand, as well as your Panalo Kard number if you already have one. Then create your own username and password. After checking that all details are correct, click "Confirm". You will then receive an sms within 24-48 hours with your reference number. Another sms will be sent to inform you that you can now transact on the app.


How do I reset my USSC Super Service App password?

You can click on the “Forgot Password” on the login screen. Use the format MMDDYYYY to input your birthday. Then choose where you prefer to receive your temporary password, via email or sms.

  • For those who chose email, a temporary password will be sent to your registered email and will be valid for only 24 hours.
  • For SMS, the temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number and will be valid for only 10 minutes.

Can I use my credentials to log in to multiple devices?

No. The credentials (username and password) you enrolled with are linked to your mobile number and device. Your log-in credentials cannot be used on any other mobile device aside from what was registered.


Does my password expire?

Yes, your password expires after 90 days. It is recommended to regularly change your password for your account’s security.


Can I update my information (email address, mobile number, etc.) through the app?

Updating of customer information can be done through USSC stations only.


My Super Service App was stolen/lost, what should I do?

Immediately call USSC Customer Service Group at 02-8928-USSC (8772) to deactivate your account.


I’ve changed my SIM card/mobile number, should I also enroll again for a new device?

No, but it is recommended to update your customer information form to reflect your new mobile number. This can be done in any USSC store.


How do I activate my Cash Card Prime?

Your Cash Card Prime will be activated within 24 hours after receipt of the card.


Do I need to cash in first to activate my Cash Card Prime?

Your Cash Card Prime will be activated within 24 hours after getting the card, no need to cash in first.


How do I cash into my Cash Card Prime?

There are three ways to cash in: one is you can cash in at any USSC branch, second is you can transfer funds from your Panalo Wallet using your USSC Super Service App, and third is you can do a bank transfer if you have a BDO, BPI, or Unionbank account.


Is the cash transfer credited immediately or in real-time?

Yes, the cash in or cash transfer will be credited in real-time.


How much is the cash transfer fee?

The service fee is P10 per cash in thru Super U App and P15 if thru USSC Stores.


How much is the cash out/withdrawal fee?

The service charge for cash withdrawals at any Bancnet ATMs will vary per bank. But if you use a China Trust Bank ATM, the withdrawal fee is FREE.


Can I transfer money from my Cash Card Prime to another Cash Card Prime account thru the Super Service app?

No, you can only transfer to your own Cash Card Prime account.


What is the minimum amount to cash in?

The minimum cash-in amount is P100 per transaction and a maximum of P200,000 in 1 month.


How do I inquire about my balance? Can I check my balance thru the app?

Your Cash Card Prime balance can be checked through any China Trust Bank ATM for free or at any Bancnet ATM with corresponding fees.


How do I reset my PIN?

If you did not change your PIN upon card activation, this will automatically reset 24hrs from the last attempt. If you forgot your PIN, you may go to any USSC branch to request a re-issuance of your PIN.

Ang U-Store Wallet ay ang online wallet kung saan pwede natin ilagay ang ating Savings. Libre ang cash-in at cash-out sa U-Store Wallet sa kahit saang USSC store nationwide. Maaari rin itong gamitin for in-store transactions.


ANONG PINAGKAIBA U-STORE WALLET VS U-MOBILE WALLET

Ang U-Store Wallet ay ang wallet for SAVINGS. Over the counter Cash-In at Cash-Out lang ang pwede gawin gamit ang wallet variant na ‘to. Habang ang U-Mobile Wallet naman ay ang wallet linked to the Super Service App na gagamitin para sa mga transactions within the app.

Ang U-Mobile Wallet naman ay ang wallet linked to the Super Service App na gagamitin para sa mga transactions within the app.


Magkano ang service fee?

Cash-out service fee:

  • For every P1,500 cash out to any USSC branch – P20 service fee
  • For every $30 cash out to any USSC branch - $0.50 service fee

Kasabay din nito ang pag-earn ng extra 1 point sa bawat P1,500 o $30 payout gamit ang Super U App.


Free ba ang pag cashvout?

Narito ang mga paraan para makapag cash out for FREE:

  • 1. Maaari po silang mag-open ng U-Store Wallet. Ito ay ang online wallet kung saan pwede natin ilagay ang ating savings. Libre ang cash-in at cash-out sa U-Store wallet sa kahit saang USSC store nationwide. Maaari rin itong gamitin for in-store transactions.
  • 2. Gamitin ang bonus points earned from remittance payout gamit ang inyong Super Service App. May additional points added maliban sa regular points para magamit sa pagcash out ng remittance na natanggap sa U-Mobile Wallet.

Ang RIA ay isang international money transfer na maaaring iprocess sa any USSC stores. Payout transaction lamang ang pinoprocess sa aming branches. Magpresent lamang ng one valid ID, RIA control number at expected amount sa aming branches.

Ang funds na pinadala ay papasok agad sa destination account. As low as P25 lang ang transfer fee depende sa halagang ita-transfer.

Maaari din itong gamitin para makapagcash-in sa inyong U-Mobile Wallet, piliin lamang ang USSC Money Services Inc. (UMSI) as bank/institution name. I-enter lang and account number or mobile number, account name at ang amount of transfer papunta sa USSC U-Mobile Wallet. Ang service fee ay depende sa fee applied ng bank or non-bank e-money institution kung saan mag-ooriginate ang transfer funds. 


How to process a bank transfer transaction?

Upon logging in to USSC Super Service App, click on the Bank Transfer option on your dashboard and fill up the details.


May service fee ba ang Instapay service?

Para sa outbound bank transfer, narito ang mga applicable fees

  • Amount 1 up to 3000 – Php25.00 
  • Amount 3,001 up to 10,000 – Php 50.00

Ano ang benefit o purpose ng Instapay Service para sa USSC Customers?

Ang Instapay ay mabilis na paraan para makapag Cash-In sa U-Mobile Wallet kung kinakailangan ng funds. Para sa mga Super U App users, ang Instapay service ay instant solution kung kailangan magpadala ng pera within the Philippines or abroad. Magcash-in lang sa U-Mobile Wallet gamit ang Instapay service ng Bank of account at kapag natransfer na sa U-Mobile Wallet and funds, pwede na mag-remit via U-Cash Padala para sa domestic money transfer o Western Union para naman sa international remittance.

HOW TO PROCESS FROM U-MOBILE WALLET TO BANK/NON BANK?

Piliin lamang ang Bank Transfer sa dashboard ng inyong Super Service app at i-fill up ang mga required fields. As low as P25 lang ang transfer fee depende sa halagang ita-transfer.


Ano ang PW Loading Direct from BPI Account?

Ito ang pinaka-bagong feature sa USSC Super Service App na nagbibigay ng capability para magcash-in o magload sa Panalo Wallet galing sa BPI Account.


Sino ang pwede makagamit ng Direct from BPI Account PW Loading?

Ang bagong Direct from BPI account Panalo Wallet loading ay pwede magamit ng mga Super Service App users na meron din BPI Savings account at enrolled sa BPI online banking.


Magkano ang pwede iload sa Panalo Wallet galling sa BPI Account?

Ang maximum load limit per transaction and per day is P50,000 kasama na ang service fee.

• Ang Panalo Wallet load limit naman is P150,000 per month. Kasama na dito ang ibangloading source tulad ng OTC cash-in, load from bank via USSC account at remittance payout gamit ang Super Service App.


Magkano naman ang service fee?

Ang service fee ay P15 per transaction.


Paano mare-receive ang One Time Password (OTP)?

For security, ang OTP ay mare-receive ng BPI account holder sa naka-register na mobile number sa online banking system.

Aside from the amount, is there a convenience fee?

Yes. A convenience fee, depending on the product's SRP, will be charged.


Can I buy a U Gift for myself? How about for another person?

Yes. For easier customer experience, you can tick Use Own Account during the transaction. To purchase for a different receiver, just encode his/her name and mobile number.


Will a customer earn points for his / her U Gift transaction?

Yes.


Can a customer buy more than 1 voucher in one transaction?

Yes. You may adjust the quantity of the vouchers you will avail of. If you will avail of more than 1 voucher, you will receive 1 Sharetreats SMS (containing the CODE) per voucher bought.


Are U Gift transactions refundable? Can it be cancelled? Are the codes transferrable or convertible to cash?

Cancellations are not allowed for U-Gift transactions. The codes are transferrable but NOT convertible to cash.


Where will the customer see the validity of the code? And where can this be redeemed?

The validity of the code is included in the SMS notification which will be sent by Sharetreats. The SMS also includes the list of participating locations of the merchant.


Are the lists of participating locations per merchant also available in the App?

Yes. There's a clickable link at the bottom of the Product Category Page that leads to the list of the participating locations per merchant. NOTE: The link included in ShareTreat's SMS notification will be more updated compared to the list in the app.
